- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 small cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix flour, oleo and cream cheese; refrigerate 1 hour.

2In another bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and butter.

3Press into mini muffin pan from 1st mixture, about 1-inch dough to each cookie.

4Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar mixture per cookie.

5Top each with crushed pecans.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.

7Makes 48 cookies.
