  • 1 lb. butter (no substitute)
  • 6 c. flour (measure after sifting)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Beat egg with pecans in blender.

    Add mixture to flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.

    Roll on floured board and wrap in wax paper.

    Makes 5 to 6 rolls.
