Pecan Corn Bread Stuffing With Leeks

- 5 c. dry corn bread stuffing mix
- 1 pkg. Knorr leak soup and recipe mix
- 1/2 c. butter or Mazola margarine
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. orange juice
Directions

1In a bowl, stir stuffing mix and soup mix.

2Melt butter over medium heat.

3Add pecans and saute.

4Add pecans and butter, corn, water and orange juice to stuffing and toss.

5Spoon into 2-quart casserole.

6Cover.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated.

8Makes 10 to 12 servings.
