- 1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish)
- 6 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, coarsely
- 3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Add remaining teaspoon vanilla.

2Mix well and pour over 1st mixture.

3Line edge of pie crust with foil.

4Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until knife inserted one-inch from edge comes out clean.
