- 11 graham crackers (2 1/2 inch squares), crushed
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Beat until fluffy the egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Fold in graham crackers and chopped pecans.

2Pour into well-greased pie pan.

3Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
