  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 11 graham crackers (2 1/2 inch squares), crushed
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Beat until fluffy the egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Fold in graham crackers and chopped pecans.

    Pour into well-greased pie pan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
