  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine brown sugar and flour.

    Stir in melted butter and syrup.

    Add well-beaten eggs with remaining ingredients, mixing well.

    Pour filling into a deep dish pastry shell and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.

    Top should be well browned and knife inserted into center should come out clean.
