Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 pkg. pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes French vanilla jello instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Melt oleo.

    Mix with flour and pecans.

    Put in bottom of dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

    Spread on top of flour and pecans.

    Mix instant pudding and milk with mixer together and pour on top of other ingredients.

    Spread rest of Cool Whip over this and crushed pecans.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
