  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Soften cream cheese and blend in milk and sour cream.

    Add pepper, onion and garlic.

    Fold in dried beef and put in pie tin. Melt butter and mix in nuts well.

    Spread over top of cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
