  • 3/4 lb. pecans, chopped fine
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff and dry
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

    Mix all dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites.

    Drop by teaspoonful on cookie

    and bake in slow oven at 325° to 350° for about 10 minutes.
