  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Add sugar, salt and pecan halves.

    Pick out each pecan with a fork and place on buttered baking sheet one inch apart.

    Bake 1/2 hour at 275° or until thoroughly dry.
