  • 1 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add the remaining ingredients.

    Roll with palms of hands into finger lengths.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet in a moderate oven at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.
