Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. coconut
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, grated or chopped fine
  • chocolate almond bark

Directions

    Cream margarine and cream cheese together.

    Blend in the following one at a time, powdered sugar, coconut and pecans.

    (You may have to use your hands).

    Shape into small balls.
  5. 5
    Place on wax paper covered cookie sheets.
  6. 6
    Put in freezer for about 5 minutes.

    Balls need to be firm.
  8. 8
    Dip in melted chocolate almond bark.
  9. 9
    Place on a new sheet of wax paper to harden.
  10. 10
    Hardens in seconds.
