- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2With an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff not dry.

3Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla; fold in pecans.

4Drop teaspoonful of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.

5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until firm. Cookies should remain light.

6Remove from sheet at once.

7Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
