  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 4 (4 oz. each) loin lamb chops, 1-inch thick and trimmed
  • Fruited Rice Pilaf
  • hot sugar snap peas, cooked with chopped orange peel
