- 2 (13 oz.) jars Marshmallow Creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 8 c. chopped pecans
- 2 to 3 boxes powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, unwrapped
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Gradually knead enough powdered sugar into mixture until consistency is stiff. Divide mixture into 8 (6-inch) logs.

3Wrap each log and freeze for 1 hour.

4Combine caramels and milk in saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture is smooth.

5Dip logs into caramel mixture and roll in pecans.

6Wrap in plastic wrap.

7Store in refrigerator or freezer up to 1 month.

8Cut into 1/4-inch slices to serve.
