- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy, then gradually add brown sugar.

3Grease and flour cookie sheet.

5Bake in a 275° to 300° oven for 5 minutes.
