  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c.sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 9-inch crust (homemade or bought)

Directions

    In bowl, put 2 eggs, beat slightly.

    Add sugar and mix well. Add syrup and mix well.

    Add melted margarine and pecans; mix well.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 325° and bake 30 additional minutes.
