  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. syrup (Karo pancake)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. pecans
  • deep dish pie crust

Directions

    Place pecans on bottom of pie shell.

    (Poke the pie shell with a fork.)

    Blend other ingredients and pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until middle of the pie does not shake.
