- 2 frying chickens, skinned and cut up
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- noodles or pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 green peppers, rinsed, seeded and cut in strips
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Brown the chickens under the broiler.

2Place chicken in medium skillet.

3Add the onion, wine, salt and pepper.

4Cook until wine is reduced to half, then add the tomatoes.

5Saute for several minutes in saucepan the olive oil, garlic and green peppers.

6Add chicken; cook until chicken is fork-tender.

7Place in bed of noodles or pasta.
