  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. broken pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until light.

    Add eggs, well beaten. Add flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecans.

    Turn into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Then reduce heat to 350° and bake 45 to 50 minutes longer.
