- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- butter (size of egg)
- 2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Mix syrup, sugar, flour and butter in pot.

2Cook on low until butter is melted; stir while cooking.

3Remove from stove.

4Add eggs and pecans; mix well.

5Pour into pie shells.

6Bake for 45 minutes at 325°.

7Makes 2 pies.
