  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (margarine is better)
  • 2 heaped Tbsp. flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 scant c. sugar
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. pecans (whole or cut)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar, then add flour and eggs in order, then the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake to a golden brown at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
