  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

    Beat eggs until fluffy. Add all other ingredients with a pinch of salt.

    Pour into pie shells and cook 45 minutes at 300° to 325°.
