- 1/2 c. syrup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Stir in sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla and salt.

3Mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce heat to 325° and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
