  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. syrup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Stir in sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla and salt.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce heat to 325° and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
