  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat sugar and syrup until sugar dissolves, then add to eggs. Add pecans, butter, vanilla and salt.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Cook 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and cook 20 minutes.
