- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 large pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly.

2Add syrup, brown sugar, salt, lemon juice and flavoring.

3Mix well.

4Stir in pecans and pour in large unbaked pie shell.

5Bake 10 minutes at 425°.

6Reduce heat to 325° and bake 40 minutes.
