  • 1 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Soften butter. Add sugar, syrup and salt.

    Beat until blended. Beat eggs and add.

    Fold in pecans and add vanilla.

    Pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
