- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter to soften.

2Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.

3Add syrup and salt; beat well.

4Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.

5Hand stir in peanuts.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
