- 1 c. dark syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix syrup, sugar and salt together.

2Beat in whole eggs, one at a time.

3Stir in melted butter, vanilla and pecans.

4Pour into unbaked pastry shells.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

6Do not overbake.

7Cool 1 hour before serving.
