- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Beat 3 eggs slightly in a bowl.

2Mix in corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and salt.

3Add pecan halves and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

4Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350°; bake 25 to 35 minutes longer or until lightly browned and completely puffed across top.

6Cool.
