  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Beat 3 eggs slightly in a bowl.

    Mix in corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and salt.

    Add pecan halves and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°; bake 25 to 35 minutes longer or until lightly browned and completely puffed across top.
