  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 12 graham crackers (double)
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Crumble graham crackers very fine. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar, baking powder and flavoring. Beat thoroughly. Add cracker crumbs and nuts; mix well. Put in buttered pie plate and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream and chill for 1 hour.
