  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. white syrup
  • 4 large eggs or 5 medium
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add flour to sugar.

    Mix well into egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust. Cook at 300° about 45 minutes or until center of pie doesn't shake.
