- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Directions

1Mix together sugar, syrup, butter and salt.

2Put over medium heat and cook until dissolved.

3While this is cooking, beat eggs until they foam.

4Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shells.

5Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325°.
