  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, syrup, salt and vanilla.

    Place pecans in pastry shell, then add mixture on top of pecans.

    Bake at 350° until filling is firm and pecans rise to top and forms a custard layer.
