  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar together until mixture is thoroughly blended and foamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream if desired.
