  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla.

    Put in unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle pecans on top and press down into syrup.

    Cook slow at 325° for 1 hour.
