Ingredients

  • 6 yukon gold potatoes, cubed with skin on
  • 32 ounces chicken stock
  • 12 cup butter
  • 23 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 14 cup bacon bits

Directions

    Boil potatoes in chicken stock until fork tender about 30 minutes.

    drain.

    Mix in all other ingriedients.

    mash with potato masher until desired consistency.

    (i like mine with lumps).
