  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Beat eggs by hand.

    Add syrup, vanilla and salt.

    Stir and add pecans.

    Pour into unbaked crust and bake for 10 minutes at 425°.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).
