  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3/4 c. white Karo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix ingredients.

    Put into unbaked pie shell.

    Arrange pecans on top.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    To test doneness, shake pie to see if beginning to be thick.

    Do not overcook.
