- unbaked 10-inch pie shells (2)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs just until blended.

3Add sugar, salt and corn syrup.

4Add cooled melted butter and vanilla. Mix to blend well.

5Spread nuts in bottom of pie shell.

6Pour in filling.

7Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

8Makes two 10-inch pies.
