  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. pecan halves

    Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup, and melted butter.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean.

    Cool and serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
