  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (full)
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.

    Add syrup and blend well.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.

    Add vanilla and chopped nuts and mix.

    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done in a 350° oven.
