- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients for filling, add pecans last. Pour into pie shell.

2Bake at 400° for 15 mins.

3Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30-35 mins. or longer.

4Outer edges of filling should be firm, center should be slightly soft.
