  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. corn syrup (white syrup is better)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Combine sugar, butter and syrup until a smooth blend.

    Add flour, salt and eggs together; beat slightly.

    Then add vanilla and pecans.

    Bake in an unbaked pie shell for 1 hour at 350°.
