  • 2/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

    Cream margarine, sugar and corn syrup.

    Add corn meal, then add beaten eggs, vanilla and pecans.

    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350° for about 45 minutes.
