  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Bake 45 minutes in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake 5 minutes at 425° to set pie shell, then reduce heat to 325° and bake until filling cracks around the edges of crust.
