Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.

    Pour into a 9-inch pie pan with unbaked pastry. Bake near center of a 375° oven for about 50 minutes or until firm.

    Cool before serving.

    Walnuts or pecans can be used.
