- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. light Karo syrup
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar, syrup and pecans.

3Mix well.

4Prick bottoms of pie shells with fork.

5Gently pour mixture into pie shells.

6Bake in hot oven (425°) for 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 325° and bake about 40 minutes.

8Makes 3 pies.
