  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugars, butter and syrup and bring to a boil. Let cool, then add 2 beaten eggs slowly. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with nuts and cook slowly at 325° to 350° for 40 minutes.
