  • 1 Golden Duncan Hines Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
  • 1 lg. cool whip
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix cake mix, eggs, oil & oranges together. Grease & flour 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Mix pudding (dry) & cool whip together. Add drained pineapple. Add juice if icing is too dry. Let cake cool spread icing on cake. Keep refrigerated.
